They asked for the expertise of Clever Republic to conduct a thorough analysis of their opt-in strategy as part of a broader GDPR project. Clever Republic inventoried the opt-in clauses, documented the associated processes and identified responsible officers within the organisation. Collaborating closely with DELAs compliance department, Clever Republic developed a desired opt-in strategy that aligned with GDPR requirements. This strategy included clear definitions of different opt-in options.
